I'M FINALLY HOME! AND THE ALBUM IS DONE!

I'm finally back in the San Francisco area after nine and a half months of traveling. And, I have VERY GOOD NEWS. My new album "Thirteen Songs About Love" is done! The CDs arrived a few weeks ago, and I have started shipping them out. If you haven't ordered it yet, now is the time! Also, there is a limited supply of signed, numbered CDs for sale on my web site. Click here to get one. I've also set my site up so that you can buy MP3 downloads of songs from the album for only $0.99 each!

My US Tour is complete—I am officially back (for now)! So, thank you to all the wonderful people who have let me into their lives during the last nine and a half months!

If you believe in what I am doing and want to help support me, please do so! Check out my web site or email me for more information!

US Tour Day 263: Leaving Austin, Again

Leaving Austin. Why would anyone want to leave Austin? Except for the heat and traffic, the place is heavenly. A lush, green slash cuts through the groin of Texas, and Austin is situated in the hottest, most succulent place along that fertile stripe.

And it's not just the vegetation that's juicy there—the people are the kind you want to lick all over. Men seeking women, women seeking men, men seeking men, women seeking women, it doesn't matter. There are more delicious people in Austin than anywhere else I've ever been. It hurts sometimes to be around so many good looking people. And, because it's so hot they're wearing next to nothing. A woman wearing only a tampon is overdressed in the sweltering, thick heat of Austin.

And they're friendly, too. People stop to say hello on the street. People talk with me in bars. A pretty young woman walking down the street in Austin would say hi to me and make eye contact—unheard of anywhere else I've been.

So, you have all these sexy, tender young men and women walking around this tree–lined town, nearly naked, glistening with sweat, saying hello to one another. If that doesn't sound like a recipe for fun then I don't know what is.
