I had a wonderful date this evening. One of the best dates I've had in a long time. I was alone.

I went out and had a single sushi roll and read some of this book I picked up. It's a romantic comedy sort of piece. [It's actually kinda pathetic and not very good. I can't stop.]

Then I went across the street and had a piece of cheesecake at one of those late night barbecue joints that has huge posters of dead blues singers. I ate my cake slowly and read some more.

I took myself home. I didn't get laid, but I guess I'm not as easy as I may have once been.
